Export the bill
Download the bill with its Rule 70 certificate, and the notice of intention to tax, as Word documents ready for signature and service.
You decide every line.
Proposed lines are marked Suggested until you accept, edit or strike them. A struck line stays on screen and off the export. Every line names the tariff item it was priced under and the point a Taxing Master might take.

The bill, and the price of drawing it.
- R126,195.89
- What the bill above claims: fees and disbursements, with the drawing fee, attendance fee and VAT.
- R1,950.00
- Allocatur, once, for the whole bill, whatever is later taxed off.
Item E1 of the Rule 70 tariff allows a drawing fee of 11% of the fees, claimed on the bill itself. Allocatur’s price is separate from anything claimed or allowed on taxation.
Draft objections to the other side’s bill.

Priced at the tariff of the day, not today’s.
A matter that ran across the November 2025 increase is priced at both rates, line by line. Work before the earliest table loaded is marked unpriced, never guessed. These are the tables, with the Gazette each came from.

- Counsel
- Rule 67A scales A, B and C, with the scale's cap applied to fee notes claimed as disbursements.
- Bases of taxation
